Who are You an Authorized Shipper For?
Our packing and shipping company is an authorized shipper with FedEx, DHL Express, USPS, and UPS.
When Are Your Pickup Times?
Monday – Friday at 4:00 pm

What Items Can I Ship?

Do I Need to Pre-Pack My Items?
No, we are a full-service packing and shipping business. We will gently and professionally package any items for you. Or, if you’d rather pack your own items, we provide a self-pack station with all the necessary supplies and more.
Is There A Way For Me To Know When My Items Arrive?
Yes! At Mail Call in Santa Fe, we provide you with a tracking number you can use to keep tabs on the location of your packages and when they are expected to arrive at their final destination.
Mailbox Rental FAQs
What Is Your Pricing?
There is a one-time upfront fee of three-months payment and a $10 startup fee. After that is is $19 monthly for a small mailbox rental, $21 monthly for a medium mailbox rental, and $25 monthly for a large mailbox rental option.
Do I Need To Bring Anything to Set Up My Mailbox Rental?
Yes, you need to bring two forms of I.D. for you and anyone else who will have access to the mailbox. One I.D. must be a driver’s license, passport, or state I.D. card.
What Happens When I Get A Package?
When your package arrives at our local packing and shipping service, Mail Call in Santa Fe will log it into our system, notify you that your package is ready for pick up, and you can retrieve your package anytime during business hours.
Can I Only Access My Mailbox Rental During Business Hours?
With Mail Call in Santa Fe, you get a personal access code you can use to securely access your mail 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Will My Address Be A PO Box?
No, you will have a physical, Santa Fe address with your mailbox rental where you can receive and send packages from.
What Happens If I am Being Shipped Perishable Items?
Don’t fret! Mail Call in Santa Fe has refrigerator and freezer storage options for packages that require it. We just ask that you come to collect your package within 24 hours.
