Mail Call is a locally owned parcel center that has been operating in the Santa Fe, NM community for over 35 years. We deliver professional, friendly and efficient service with a focus on parcel shipping and mail- receiving. Other services include; mail storage, custom packing, package receiving, document shipping, basic printing & faxing, gift cards & stamps.

We are a small and friendly team, dedicated to customer service, personal and business growth, and a high quality of life.

Our ideal candidate enjoys interacting with repeat customers and completing detailed oriented tasks. This candidate must also enjoy working as a team, working in a positive atmosphere, and is in no short supply of having some fun while working efficiently.

Currently we are hiring a full time retail sales associate, this is a long term position. The job may require Saturdays (closed Sundays), but we can work with a flexible schedule.

The most important responsibility in this position is front counter service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process shipments with retail customers
  • Maintain customer relationships

Behind the counter, we need team members that can:

  • Complete detailed oriented tasks
  • Pack customer items for safe shipping
  • Sort incoming mail and packages
  • Work with the team as a team

Overall, the requirements of team members are:

  • Reliability & Accountability
  • Ability to stand for 6 — 8 hour shifts (paid lunch hour)

Experience (not necessary, but a huge plus):

  • Knowledge of shipping and packing
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
